The Reliance 300XLS Washer is the latest addition to the XLS line of STERIS’ high performance laboratory washing systems. Specifically designed for thorough cleaning and drying of glassware and plastic ware, this unit provides a compact, space-saving footprint, without compromising productivity.

Flexibility
The color touch screen microprocessor control system is mounted at eye level allowing easy monitoring of all wash cycles. The washer is preprogrammed with five adjustable cycles.
Five additional cycles are available for customized programming to meet specific operating requirements.
Cycle printouts can easily be exported via USB port.

Productivity
The four-level manifolded guiding rails system allows users to easily configure a wide range of loading accessories, providing unmatched throughput.

Performance
An optional conductivity system monitors the concentration of detergent in wash solutions and conductivity of water after final rinse. A rotary spray arm installed on top of the chamber ensures external coverage of load items. The system uses a powerful 3 HP (2.2 kW) recirculation pump to ensure throrough cleaning of processed items. Three detergent pumps are included to accomodate various soil conditions. Drying air is HEPA filtered to prevent re-contamination of the load.
